A technologically world advanced facility built on a 36000 sqm Land, with 15,000 sqm covered fabrication shop area, having 7 bays, 22 overhead cranes and 18,000 tons/year production capacity.
Our plant is equipped with the latest technology automated and orbital welding systems and various other machining and edge preparation facilities.
So far we have successfully completed 2,50,000 tons of fabrication and delivered to the erection and OEM site.
Production Facility - Fabrication
With Present infrastructure and machinery we are capable of Producing 18,000 tpa of pipe spools.
Dee development specializes in handling complex materials like Alloy steel grade P91 and WB 36, Carbon steel grade X52 and L6, Stainless steel grade 321 and 347.
The company has acquired another 12 acres of land on which construction has commenced, of which 6 acres would be covered under workshops in the first phase.

Production Facility - Fittings
During the past one year we had undergone sea changes and enhanced our capacity to produce various Pipe fittings to a large extent.
We now have an entirely separate Facility for fitting Production spread over 5184 sq. m. and having 3240 sq. m. covered area.
This facility has been developed anew from scratch on the south plot of main campus. The Facility is divided in 5 sections having different operation areas viz. Pipe cutting and sheet rolling section, Hot Forming Section 1& 2, Mechanized Cold forming Section, Storage inspection and Dispatch Section.
We also have separate workshop for producing fittings up to 2” in the main Plant Area. We as of now are producing over 150 Metric Ton per annum of pipe fittings and expect to produce another 75 Metric Tones more with the enhanced capacity.
