The welders are trained for procedures and certified to standards at the dedicated in house Center for Welder Training.
The tests for qualification of welding procedures are undertaken at the in house Mechanical testing Laboratory which is also equipped with Metallographic capabilities.
Procedure qualification records include materials like P91, P22, P11, SS304, SS316, SS321 etc.
In House Heat Treatment facility includes a Gas Fired Boogie Furnace as well as Electrical Mobile Units.
